At LE CHAT, returns are free for all orders over €100.
The consumer has a period of fifteen days from of the delivery date, to make a return.
For any return, the invoice constitutes the only proof of eligible purchase.
In the event of lack of conformity or exercise of the right of withdrawal or under the conditions set out above, the buyer may return the products he ordered.
All orders are accompanied by a notice about returns, attached to the package with the delivery note.

1- Log in to your customer account
2- Access the “Returns” section colissimo »
3- Click on “Return label » then click on "Generate a return label" to download your label
4- Complete the return slip and slip it inside the package
5- Stick your label on the package
6- Place your package in a post office Please note that mailbox returns do not work.
Important: Remember to keep proof of deposit of the package at the Post Office until your file is closed. It will be required in the event of a dispute.

If no prior request for a prepaid label is made, the return costs will remain your responsibility. No refund of shipping costs will be made.

For any return with the prepaid label provided, an amount of €6.60 will be deducted from the refund.

Carefully pack your return package and attach the completed return slip or the one generated from your customer account

Returns must be sent by any means allowing the followed by this one.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete, labeled, new, unworn, unwashed.
Items will be checked upon receipt. If a product does not meet the conditions mentioned above, it will not be refunded or exchanged.
If the return is the consequence of an error on the part of TEXTILE INDEMAILLABLE, the shipping costs intended for the return of the product will be fully supported by TEXTILE INDEMAILLABLE.
Any refund is made within 2 to 3 weeks after receipt of the return package.
The gift wrapping option is non-refundable.
Our team reserves the right to refuse the return in the following cases

→ The product cannot be resold second-hand or given as is.
